This Privacy Policy establishes the basis on which Maysu,S.A. (hereinafter, ‘Sport Club Fiesta Park’ or the ‘Data Controller’) with registered address at Avda. Foietes,5 – 03502 Benidorm, Alicante; a company currently operating in Spain; processes your personal data when you provide it to us during your experience through the website www.sportclubfiestapark.com (hereinafter, ‘the Website’) or by means of e-mail communication.

What data do we collect?

By Personal Data we mean any information or data that can identify you directly (e.g. your first or last name) or indirectly (e.g. your national identity card or ID card). Must the personal data provided be real?

The registered user or newsletter subscriber is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating Sport Club Fiesta Park from any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The registered or subscribed user accepts to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. Sport Club Fiesta Park is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information, Sport Club Fiesta Park reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. Sport Club Fiesta Park is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Sport Club Fiesta Park provided that it comes from sources outside Sport Club Fiesta Park.

What do we use personal data for?

On the basis of the execution of the contractual relationship

  • To process your application for registration as a client of the gym and to manage the subsequent business relationship with you.

On the basis of a legal obligation

  • To communicate your data to public authorities, regulators or governmental bodies when required to do so by applicable laws, local regulations or in compliance with regulatory obligations.

On the basis of the gym’s legitimate interest

  • Commercial actions by any means, aimed at offering products and services marketed by Sport Club Fiesta Park.
  • To carry out profiling based on the personal data available to Sport Club Fiesta Park in order to adjust the offer of its products and/or services.
  • To carry out satisfaction surveys and statistical studies related to the products and/or services contracted with you.

How long do we keep the data?

In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Sport Club Fiesta Park, informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for Sport Club Fiesta Park and under its responsibility, in order to perform the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as the work of information, training and marketing of the service and activities related to them. At the moment of the acceptance of the present general conditions Sport Club Fiesta Park will require from the User the collection of some essential data for the provision of its services.

What security measures do we apply?

Sport Club Fiesta Park, has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and tries to install those additional technical means and measures within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided to Sport Club Fiesta Park.
