Zumba is a fitness discipline created in the mid 1990’s by the Colombian Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez, focused on one hand to maintain a healthy body and on the other hand to develop, strengthen and give flexibility to the body through dance movements combined with a series of aerobic routines.
Zumba can be practised at any age and at any time.
